Backstage has always been the most exciting part of a show in my mind. No matter what it is, working behind the scenes is always such a gratifying experience. I booked my *first* assisting job for Fashion Week this season as part of the coordinating team for the SUNO runway show. It all came together seamlessly! See the show here.
The designer is a New york based duo using kenyan textiles and influences from all over the world. The pre-show even included a presentation to {no less than} Mrs Wintour.

New York première! mon premier freelance job dans l'univers effervescent de la semaine de la mode qui s'achève mercredi.
Les coulisses: mon choix de préférence dans un spectacle, alors c'est peu dire que j'étais dans mon élément. La marque c'est Suno, un duo qui monte car si vous savez la reconnaître, c'est Anna Wintour (si si!) là sur la photo avec sa coupe au carré stylée à la perfection. Petite démonstration à madame Wintour avant le grand defilé, à voir ici. Aujourd'hui c'est relax car au final c'était une vraie semaine de folie!
